Bug Reports

If a specific HEIC file fails to convert, include the file name, approximate size, and the output format you selected. Do not send private photos unless you are comfortable sharing them.

Checks to try before emailing

1. Download or export a complete original rather than a cloud thumbnail or placeholder.
2. Try one file by itself and note whether the preview appears.
3. Choose a different output format to separate a decoding problem from an export problem.
4. Retain the failed source file and your originals; refreshing the page clears the local queue.

A redacted screenshot of the error message is usually more useful than a private photo. Include the page address and browser version so the report can be reproduced.
